What Terminal is Vistara at DEL Terminal?

Vistara Airlines uses Terminal 3 (T3) at Indira Gandhi International Airport. 

At the Vistara Delhi terminal, passengers can access Encalm Lounge which offers complimentary access to Business Class customers, Club Vistara Platinum and Gold members. 

Vistara DEL Terminal Arrivals

Vistara passengers arrive at the Vistara Airlines Delhi terminal need first need to head towards the baggage carousel area. Passengers can refer to the display screen to check the arrival flight number at the carousel area and then head to the carousal area accordingly. 

Passengers who are flying domestically will take the exit at the arrival halls. 

International passengers after receiving their baggage will head towards the Customs & immigration. Depending on the peak travel season, the average wait time is 30 to 55 minutes upon arrival. 

Once you exit the arrival halls, at the curbside you will find car rentals and taxi services. 

Vistara DEL Terminal Departures

At the Departure halls of the Vistara Delhi terminal, you will find the check-in counters, customs and immigration, and security screening.

When you head to the T3 terminal, look for the Vistara Airlines signage. If you have not completed the online check-in you can complete the check-in for flights within India up to 60 minutes before departure.

For international travel with Vistara, you must complete the check-in at the airport 3 hours before departure. 

After you complete the check-in head to the baggage claim area at the T3’s Level 1. Drop off your baggage and head to the security screening at Level 2.

Vistara Lost & Found at DEL Airport

Passengers whose belongings have been left in the aircraft need to contact the airline’s ground staff at the Vistara arrival terminal in Delhi at T3. The airline staff will file a report and provide the reference number. 

In case of damaged baggage where the luggage faces minor cuts, scratches, scuffs, stains, dents, or any other wear and tear issue during the normal course of handling, the airline will offer any compensation. Also, no compensation can be claimed for the following items – 

• Items of fragile or perishable nature.
• Damage to oversized bags.
• Checked baggage with manufacturing defects.
